NatalyaNatalya is licensed as an Enrolled Agent after having passed a strenuous three part examination given by the United States Treasury Department covering all areas of federal tax law. Like Certified Public Accountants and attorneys, Enrolled Agents are licensed to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities (see copy of license below).

She graduated Cum Laude from Framingham State University in Framingham Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Natalya started working part-time at our firm during her final year in college. Upon graduation, she joined our firm full time as a taxpayer advocate.

She is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Enrolled Agents and the National Society of Enrolled Agents. She consistently logs more hours of continuing professional education than required to maintain her license.

Natalya emigrated at the age of 12 from the former Soviet Republic of Azerbaijan which borders the Caspian Sea. She obtained her naturalization and became a United States Citizen in 2000. She is fluent in both English as well as her native language of Russian.

Feeling indebted to her new home country, Natalya enthusiastically enlisted in the Massachusetts Army National Guard at the age of 17. She proudly served her new home country for 8 years completing her tour of duty at the rank of Specialist. She is the recipient of numerous awards and commendations from the United States Department of the Army. Among these, she received the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service in several areas including service as a Nuclear Biological Chemical Non Commissioned Officer. She also received the Army Achievement Medal for her untiring efforts and contributions to the success of several missions during deployment for Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Outside of work, Natalya is busy as a wife and is the proud mother of two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, the outdoors, art, and creating new culinary recipes in her kitchen.
